Implementation: Relationship by E-mail
It corresponds to the 2nd Success Milestone of the RD Station “Growth Machine” methodology.
Companies that already have a database with at least 200 valid contacts and want to start a relationship strategy by Email Marketing.
- Database upload to RD Station Marketing;
- To send an Email Marketing campaign;
- To reach rates that are compatible with the best market practices (Minimum of 60 contacts, 15% opening, 2% click, 95% delivery, >0.1% spam and >1% Cancellation);
- Evaluate who opened and clicked in the Email Marketing campaign;
- Define a calendar for the next emails.
Customer engagement needed for the project:
- One person responsible for monitoring the implementation and training phase;
- One person responsible for running the tasks during the implementation and training phase;
- One person responsible for technical setups during the implementation.
